Senior AI Engineer Up to £75,000 – London (3 days in office) We are partnering with a global consulting and technology services organisation that delivers large-scale AI, data and digital transformation programmes for enterprise clients across a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth within its AI \& Data practice, the organisation is looking to hire a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development and deployment of innovative artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled team delivering complex transformation programmes, helping organisations unlock the value of their data and accelerate AI adoption across their businesses. Working closely with senior business stakeholders and technical teams, you will play a key role in shaping AI strategies, leading technical delivery and mentoring engineers across a range of high-profile client engagements. This role would suit an experienced AI professional who enjoys leading projects, solving complex business challenges and working with modern cloud and AI technologies in a client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead the design, development and deployment of end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions across a variety of client engagements * Architect scalable AI platforms and machine learning frameworks that support business-critical use cases * Develop and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models, including Generative AI solutions where appropriate * Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business objectives into technical solutions * Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers, supporting best practice adoption and delivery excellence * Implement and drive MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, governance and optimisation * Design and maintain scalable datasets and data models to support analytics and AI initiatives Skills \& Experience * Strong programming skills in Python, SQL and related technologies * Extensive experience developing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions in production environments * Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit-learn * Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques and statistical modelling * Experience designing AI architectures and leading technical delivery on complex projects * Knowledge of MLOps tools and best practices for model deployment, governance and lifecycle management * Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP * Exposure to Generative AI technologies and frameworks What's on Offer * Salary of up to £75,000 * Performance-related bonus scheme * Hybrid working model – up to 3 days per week in office * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to buy additional days * Private medical insurance * Access to modern cloud, data and AI technologies * Structured training, certifications and ongoing professional development
