Principal AI Engineer - Speciality Insurance - London - £175,000 (plus 20% bonus) This is an opportunity to join the AI team within one of the UK's fastest-growing, technology-led specialty insurance firms. Built with a cloud-first approach, the business is investing heavily in GenAI, AI agents and intelligent automation to solve real-world business challenges rather than maintaining legacy systems. This role is focused on leveraging the latest AI technology including Anthropic Claude, Superblocks, and Vertex within a Google Cloud environment to build AI solutions directly on its target state architecture. This is a hands-on engineering role, focused on executing AI systems and concepts developed within the Innovation Studio. Salary - £150-175k +20% bonus
