We want UK AI Jobs Pro to be worth it. If it isn’t, here’s how to get your money back — on top of the statutory rights you have as a UK consumer.
If you’re not happy with Pro, email us within 14 days of your payment and we’ll refund it in full — no need to explain why. This applies to both plans:
You can cancel any time from your account or the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your Pro access stays active until the end of the month you’ve already paid for — we don’t claw back access when you cancel. Outside the 14-day window we don’t pro-rate or refund part-used months, but you won’t be charged again.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel a purchase of digital services. Because Pro gives you immediate access, you may be asked to agree that the service starts straight away — which can affect that automatic cancellation right once you’ve started using it. Either way, our 14-day guarantee above is designed to give you at least the same protection. Nothing here removes your legal rights, including a refund where the service is faulty or not as described.
Email support@ukaijobs.co.uk from the address on your account and tell us which plan you bought. We aim to reply within a couple of business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
