About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our Equities Front Office Trading and Analytics Team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the Systematic Quoting Platform workstream for the EMEA region, developing and enhancing critical applications that directly impact our equity derivatives trading activities. You will work closely with trading desks, sales teams, and quantitative research to deliver innovative solutions that automate processes, improve stability, and drive operational efficiency. Your expertise in Python and agentic development will be instrumental in advancing our automation initiatives and ensuring the robustness of our global trading platform.
