About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our Group AI team. As a Machine Learning Engineer at Kingfisher, you will work within a high-performing engineering team to build scalable, robust, and efficient machine learning systems. Qualifications * A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. * Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment. * Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in libraries such as Pandas, scikit-learn, and Jupyter notebooks. * Experience working with SQL and designing data pipelines for data preparation and transformation. * Solid understanding of classical machine learning techniques, with awareness of modern approaches like natural language processing and deep learning. * Knowledge of model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization strategies. * Familiarity with deployment tools and practices, including version control systems like Git, CI/CD workflows, and containerization technologies. * Ability to interpret statistical data and assess model performance effectively. * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
