Senior Data Scientist - Brighton 3 days a week The Role You'll act as the Senior Decision Scientist within a product squad, partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers to identify opportunities, shape strategy and deliver customer-facing data products and AI solutions. Responsibilities include exploratory analysis, experimentation, machine learning, NLP and AI-driven product development. Product Areas * Fraud \& Risk * Personalisation \& Recommendations * Checkout \& Conversion Optimisation Key Requirements * 6–7+ years' experience in Data Science, Decision Science or Product Analytics * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Strong problem-solving and commercial thinking * Experience identifying and sizing business opportunities through data * Hands-on experience with: * Statistical testing and experimentation * Machine Learning * Feature testing * NLP and AI applications
