The organisation manages large-scale international operations and is now entering a key phase of digital and AI-led transformation. This role will play a critical part in shaping that journey. The Role and Deliverables * Assess the current AI, data, and technology landscape to establish a clear baseline * Define and deliver an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned to business objectives * Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases across multiple business functions * Advise senior stakeholders on AI opportunities, risks, governance, and best practices * Deliver pilot initiatives and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate impact * Establish the frameworks, policies, and operating model required for responsible AI adoption Your Skills \& Experience * Proven experience leading AI, data, or digital transformation initiatives in complex environments * Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work closely with executive leadership * Knowledge of AI technologies including generative AI, automation, and data platforms * Experience defining AI strategy, governance, and implementation roadmaps * Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, commercially focused outcomes * Experience in sectors such as logistics, transportation, or other operationally intensive industries is advantageous How to Apply If you are interested in leading a high-profile AI transformation initiative, please apply with your latest CV.
