Technical Business Analyst (AI Workflow Implementation)

Job Overview We build AI-enabled workflow systems that help FMCG businesses turn fragmented operational data into clear, actionable decisions. As we expand into European markets, you will bridge clients, business users and our technical team - translating operational needs into deliverable AI workflows and supporting implementation from discovery through UAT, deployment and adoption. You will report directly to senior management. Key Responsibilities * Conduct client interviews to gather business requirements and map end-to-end operational workflows, approval processes and exception scenarios * Turn unstructured requests, meeting notes and raw data into clear requirements documents, user stories and acceptance criteria * Manage UAT cycles: prepare test cases, track defects, coordinate user feedback and obtain formal sign-off * Maintain action logs, issue trackers and workflow ownership registers to ensure clear accountability * Prepare structured handover documents for engineering team, including input samples, expected outputs and edge cases * Follow up proactively with clients for missing documents, system access and UAT Essential Requirements * Excellent spoken and written English for client communication and professional documentation. * Experience in business analysis, system implementation or digital transformation. * Experience producing requirements, implementation briefs, UAT plans or issue logs. * Hands-on UAT coordination and project follow-up experience. * Strong stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills. * Technical literacy sufficient to work with developers and review business data. * Proactive and organised, with the judgement to resolve issues or escalate when necessary. Desirable Experience * Cantonese or Mandarin language skills. * Experience in FMCG, retail, procurement, manufacturing or supply chain. * Basic SQL, data analysis or spreadsheet-automation skills. * Experience with AI agents, automated workflows or enterprise software delivery.
