We are looking for an AI Solutions Project Manager who can successfully lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise AI initiatives. You won't simply be managing project timelines—you'll be driving collaboration between technical specialists, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure AI solutions are delivered efficiently and achieve meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead AI solution projects from initial planning through successful implementation while ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project progress. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, risk assessments, and delivery milestones that support successful project execution. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with software developers, AI engineers, data specialists, business analysts, and product teams to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Risk \& Issue Management: Identify project risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively to maintain delivery momentum. Agile Delivery: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, monitor sprint progress, and encourage continuous improvement throughout the development process. Business Communication: Present project updates, delivery reports, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and recommend process improvements that enhance future AI project delivery. What We Are Looking For: Experience: 5+ years of experience managing technology, software, digital transformation, or AI implementation projects, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives. Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, cloud platforms, APIs, or enterprise software implementations is highly desirable. Leadership Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Tools: Experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Asana, or similar collaboration tools. Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Mindset: You are proactive, highly organized, and solution-oriented. You remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and enjoy bringing people together to deliver successful AI solutions that create lasting business value.
