What You Will Do

• Design and implement scalable AI and machine learning solutions that automate manual processes and optimize property maintenance workflows across the Plentific Ltd platform.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration, from predictive maintenance to intelligent document processing.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and model monitoring systems to ensure the long-term performance, reliability, and accuracy of AI-driven features in production.

The ideal candidate

• Deep technical expertise in machine learning frameworks and large language models (LLMs), with a proven track record of deploying production-grade AI solutions.
• Strong software engineering foundations, including proficiency in Python and experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly in building and scaling data-intensive applications.
