What You Will Do

• Define the end-to-end product roadmap and vision for a conversational AI companion focused on holistic health and prevention.
• Collaborate with engineering to design robust LLM prompt architectures and persona logic that foster high daily active usage.
• Integrate diverse health data sources from wearables and clinical records to power proactive, personalized member interventions.

The ideal candidate

• Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing AI or LLM-driven products that achieved significant user retention and engagement.
• Deep expertise in behavior change frameworks and experience building empathetic digital experiences for health or wellness.
• Hands-on experience working with wearable health data integrations and the ability to navigate early-stage ambiguity with speed.
