Job Description

You will work directly inside healthcare organizations to perform deep technical discovery and build custom AI systems. You'll own the full lifecycle—from scoping and deployment to long-term stability—translating clinical bottlenecks into automated solutions. Your work directly increases healthcare supply by automating administrative burdens like referral management, documentation, and equipment coordination.

What You Will Do

• Conduct deep technical discovery inside healthcare clinics to identify high-value operational bottlenecks and scope semi-custom AI solutions.
• Build and deploy production-grade AI agents and systems using TypeScript and React that integrate seamlessly into complex, legacy clinical environments.
• Own the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery through to long-term stability, while abstracting learnings into scalable capabilities for future deployments.

• Expertise in TypeScript and React with a proven track record of shipping production-ready applications featuring sophisticated LLM/AI integrations.
• High agency and "grit"—someone who thrives in ambiguity, works independently with clients, and is willing to travel at short notice to healthcare sites.
