Full-time, with 3-4 days onsite at the Stanmore office and 1-2 days at the Milton Keynes office. After 2 months, this reduces to 3 days onsite (split between Stanmore and MK) and 2 days working from home.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an AI-native Product \& Delivery Lead to help transform a leading UK construction and distribution group into an AI-native business.
This is not a traditional transformation programme involving large data warehouses, lengthy integration projects or complex enterprise architecture initiatives.
Instead, we are building a modern AI operating platform powered by intelligent agents, MCPs, APIs and orchestration technology that connects existing business systems and enables employees to interact with the organisation through a single intelligent interface.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business requirements and technical delivery while helping shape the future operating model of the organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership
- Act as day-to-day Product Owner for the AI Native Operating Platform.
- Translate business objectives into prioritised product backlogs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define and refine use cases.
- Ensure all development activity is aligned to measurable business outcomes.
- Manage sprint planning, prioritisation and release schedules.
Delivery Leadership
- Coordinate delivery across UK and offshore engineering teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered at speed while maintaining quality.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies and milestones.
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder reviews.
- Maintain delivery documentation and project artefacts.
AI \& Technical Enablement
- Support the implementation of MCP-based integrations and agent orchestration.
- Assist with configuration of Claude, AI tools and supporting infrastructure.
- Work with engineers to document APIs, workflows and system integrations.
- Help design and validate AI-driven business processes.
- Support testing and rollout of new AI capabilities.
Business Process Mapping
- Document current and future-state workflows.
- Identify systems, users, data sources and business rules.
- Define requirements for automation and agent-based execution.
- Maintain a use-case catalogue and benefits tracker.
Change Management \& Adoption
- Support employee adoption of AI tools.
- Gather user feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate training, onboarding and communications.
- Help establish AI best practices and governance processes.
Required Experience
- Experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Technical Business Analyst or Digital Transformation Lead.
- Strong understanding of SaaS applications, APIs and systems integration.
- Professional, paid experience with at least one frontier AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Persuasive communication skills with senior execs and staff, with both clear summaries and detailed docs, both written and presented.
Highly Desirable
- Experience building AI-enabled products or workflows.
- Understanding of MCP architecture and agentic systems.
- Experience working with Python development teams.
- Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, ecommerce or supply-chain systems.
Success Measures (First 6 Months)
- All business use cases prioritised, with higher priority documented and planned.
- AI operating platform deployed successfully, with defined KPIs achieved.
- First production use cases delivering measurable business value.
- Successful rollout and adoption across the organisation.
- Ongoing roadmap established for continuous innovation.
