Hybrid (UK) | Department: Product | Reports to: Chief Product Officer
Founded in 1998, Joblogic is the UK's #1 Field Service Management (FSM) software platform.
We're a global business with teams across the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam. Since our management buy-out in 2013, we've grown rapidly — from ~£500k in revenue to ~£25M ARR, and from 11 people to nearly 500. Recently, we secured strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners, a world-leading enterprise software investor. With £100M+ in new primary capital, we're accelerating our next phase of growth:
£100M ARR.
Today, Joblogic supports over 100,000 users across HVAC, plumbing, electrical services, facilities management, and building maintenance. We're entering a new era of intelligent automation, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making for service businesses.
We're hiring a Product Director to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of Joblogic's product portfolio across Field Service and Facilities Management. This is a senior leadership role for someone with broad product expertise, deep domain understanding, strong people leadership and mentoring skills, and a proven ability to design, build, and scale AI-powered products in B2B SaaS.
You'll own the product vision and roadmap across our entire FSM and CAFM platform, lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing product team, and partner with the executive team to translate market opportunity into commercial outcomes. You'll also be the driving force behind our AI-first product agenda — defining where AI delivers genuine value, embedding intelligence into core workflows, and ensuring we ship responsibly and at pace.
Above all, this is a people leadership role. You'll be the coach, mentor, and standard-setter for the product team — building careers, raising the craft bar, and creating the kind of environment where ambitious product people do their best work.
— Define a compelling 1–3 year product vision aligned to Joblogic's £100M ARR ambition; translate market trends into a prioritised roadmap; make build/buy/partner/sunset calls; align strategy with the CEO, CPO, CTO, CRO, and CCO.
— Own AI strategy across LLMs, ML, agents, and predictive analytics; identify high-value AI use cases; set principles for responsible, safe AI; partner with engineering on the AI platform and data architecture.
— Hire, mentor, and develop PMs, Senior PMs, and Group PMs; run 1:1s and development plans; coach through complex trade-offs; build a strong, psychologically safe performance culture.
— Embed continuous discovery; maintain strong customer connections; synthesise insight across verticals; champion design partner programs.
— Ship simple, scalable, beautifully crafted products; set quality bars; drive a strong data and experimentation culture.
— Own product-led inputs to ARR growth; track KPIs and OKRs; partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing; represent product externally.
— Define how product, design, and engineering work together; scale to a multi-product, platform-led model; improve roadmap transparency.
— Natural mentor; skilled at direct, kind feedback; comfortable with hard conversations; strong emotional intelligence; track record hiring and building diverse teams; flexible coaching style.
— Strong product craft; able to operate at multiple altitudes; comfortable with ambiguity; data- and evidence-led; influence without authority.
— PE-backed/high-growth SaaS experience; international expansion exposure; scheduling/optimisation/IoT background; agentic/copilot launch experience; API/marketplace familiarity; engineering, data science, or design background.
Joblogic is evolving from a traditional FSM tool into an AI-first, workflow-intelligent, vertical-focused platform — and the Product Director is the single most important hire in shaping that future, directly influencing how 100,000+ users experience Joblogic, where AI shows up across the platform, and our path from £25M to £100M ARR.
