AI Engineer

We’re working with a fast-growing UK AI company developing advanced machine learning technology around large-scale behavioural and transactional data.

They’re looking for an AI Engineer who enjoys sitting between research and engineering — taking new ideas across predictive ML, causal modelling and Generative AI and turning them into robust production systems.

Where you’ll make an impact

• Take

new ML and AI models from research into production

• Work across

traditional ML, deep learning, transformers and Generative AI

• Build solutions around large-scale, complex datasets
• Work closely with

researchers, academics, product and engineering teams

• Contribute to architecture and longer-term technical roadmaps
• Lead and contribute to

R\&D sprints

• Build reliable, high-quality ML software

What we’re looking for

• Strong

Python and SQL

• Experience deploying

machine learning into production

• Solid knowledge of traditional ML techniques
• Understanding of

deep learning and transformers

• Exposure to

Generative AI

• Statistical knowledge and an interest in

causal modelling

• Experience with

GitHub and CI/CD

• MSc or PhD is beneficial, but not essential
