Are you a pragmatic problem-solver who can bridge high-level executive vision with hands-on technical execution? Our client is embarking on an enterprise-wide digital evolution backed directly by an enthusiastic CEO and Chair of Trustees .
This is not an advisory post , it is a senior delivery role . As the internal AI champion and "Swiss Army knife," you will bring "AI energy" to every directorate, discovering hidden operational friction, dismantling complex business rules, and embedding smart automation that turns manual tasks into modern, digital workflows.
Partner with the fundraising team to unlock donor data insights and leverage generative AI tools for grant applications and predictive analytics.
Map operational pain points across directorates, streamlining undocumented, legacy processes into clean, automated workflows.
Design, prototype, configure, and connect AI tools, low-code automations, and third-party integrations into existing platforms.
Sit on the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to establish robust frameworks for responsible AI use, data protection, and privacy compliance.
Run practical workshops and coaching to boost team confidence, helping colleagues embrace technology as a natural part of daily operations.
While predominantly a Microsoft house utilising Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform , the organisation maintains a technology-neutral mindset . You will evaluate best-in-class third-party AI tools, custom APIs, and machine learning solutions to ensure maximum sustainable value.
Proven experience taking AI, automation, or machine-learning tools from initial concept through prototyping, integration, and user adoption.
Ability to evaluate legacy processes, extract unwritten business rules, and re-engineer them for automated digital environments.
Familiarity with APIs, data integration, low-code tools, and languages like Python, SQL, or Power Platform .
Exceptional communication and change management skills, capable of engaging both technical leads and non-technical staff with empathy and clarity.
