Technical Business Analyst – AI Implementation - London - Hybrid

We’re partnering with a growing B2B SaaS fintech that provides sophisticated cloud-based technology to global financial institutions.

They’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join the team, with a particular focus on building and implementing practical AI solutions across their products and business processes .

This isn’t a traditional BA position where you simply gather requirements and hand them over to engineering. They’re looking for someone genuinely technical and hands-on who can identify a business problem, explore how AI could solve it, prototype a solution and work closely with developers to take it through to production.

What you’ll be doing

• Identifying opportunities where

AI, LLMs and agent-based solutions

can solve real business and client problems

• Designing and implementing AI solutions and agentic workflows from initial idea through to production
• Building prototypes and helping shape workflows, interfaces and system integrations
• Working directly with

engineering, testing and product teams

throughout the development lifecycle

• Translating complex business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Working with APIs, data and existing platforms to integrate new capabilities
• Engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and validate solutions
• Supporting product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts and ongoing product improvements

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as a

Technical Business Analyst

or similar hands-on technology/product professional

• Recent, practical experience

building or implementing AI/LLM solutions

• not simply AI strategy or theoretical exposure
• Experience working within a

B2B SaaS or technology-led product environment

• Strong understanding of the full SDLC and experience working closely with software engineers
• Comfortable taking ownership of a problem and working from

idea → prototype → implementation → iteration

• Exposure to

Python, SQL, APIs or system integrations

would be highly beneficial

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Financial Services, Investment Management or Fintech experience would be advantageous

The key thing here is hands-on delivery . They want someone who can talk through something they’ve genuinely built using AI – the problem, why AI was the right solution, what they personally did and how it ultimately delivered value.
