AI Lead - Investment Management

AI Lead - Investment Management Orbis is working exclusively with a mid-sized Investment Manager to build a brand-new AI capability. They are looking for a hands-on AI lead to work with business lines, identify use cases, and turn them into practical GenAI and agentic AI solutions. This is an incredible opportunity for an AI specialist with excellent business analysis skills to design, deploy and continually improve the AI tools, agents and workflows that solve business challenges and transform how a top Investment Manager operates. Your key responsibilities in this role will be: * Partnering with business teams to identify and scope high-value AI use cases, from discovery through to rollout * Partnering with the Technology leadership to implement a strategy for AI * Designing, building and improving AI-enabled tools, agents and workflows that support real business processes Requirements * Strong hands-on understanding of modern AI systems and agentic workflows - LLM integration, retrieval, tool use, context orchestration, evaluations, guardrails and observability * Excellent stakeholder management and business analysis capability relationships, with strong communication ability with both technical and non-technical users * A background working with Financial Services organisations (Ideally Investment or Wealth Management) either directly or via a consultancy If your experience is a strong fit for the above, please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV in the first instance.
