What You’ll Take On (The Actual Job Description)

So you’re looking for a new challenge? This is your chance to step into a role with real responsibility. You’ll be given the space to own your work, supported to move as fast as you want and expected to keep raising the bar for yourself and the business.

This role sits at the centre of both. You’ll shape the trusted data foundation that powers every product, while designing and building the AI capabilities that create value from it. Working in a spec-driven environment where AI agents accelerate delivery, your focus is on what matters most: creating governed, high-quality data that products, analytics and AI systems can rely on. You’ll own enterprise data models, master data management, data contracts and integration patterns, ensuring a single source of truth across the business.

At the same time, you’ll architect AI solutions that use that data intelligently, from agentic workflows and retrieval-based systems to evaluation frameworks and guardrails suited to a regulated industry. This is a hands-on architecture role for someone who enjoys moving between strategy and delivery, producing precise specifications, solving complex design challenges and building alongside modern AI tooling. We’re looking for someone who has already built data platforms and AI products in the real world and can demonstrate the judgement to balance innovation, governance and commercial value.

What you’ll do

• Own the data architecture that turns fragmented information into trusted, business-wide
• intelligence.
• Shape master data and governance standards so every product is built on consistent, high-quality data.
• Design AI products that transform governed data into practical, measurable business outcomes.
• Define evaluation frameworks and guardrails that make AI reliable in a regulated environment.
• Partner across technology and business teams to resolve architectural decisions before they become delivery blockers.
