AI Workplace Solution Architect (Microsoft 365 \& AI)

About the role

A leading Microsoft Partner is looking for an experienced AI Modern Workplace Solution Architect to design secure, AI-enabled Microsoft 365 environments for enterprise clients. This is a senior, client-facing consulting role focused on Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI governance, data architecture, security, and technical assurance across workplace transformation projects.

• Key responsibilities: Lead

end-to-end architecture for Microsoft 365 and AI workplace solutions, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Power Platform, Copilot and Copilot Studio.

• Define target-state designs, reference architectures, migration roadmaps, and AI-ready information architectures.
• Architect security, compliance, and governance across Microsoft Purview, Defender, identity, conditional access, data protection, responsible AI, and oversharing remediation.
• Act as design authority across delivery teams, reviewing solutions for scalability, security, performance, and cost.
• Lead client workshops, executive briefings, pre-sales solution shaping, and technical responses to client requirements.
• Mentor consultants and engineers, setting standards for documentation, deployment, and delivery using Azure DevOps.
• Required experience: Strong

experience delivering Microsoft 365 and collaboration platform projects, with recent solution architecture or design authority responsibility.

• Proven expertise across SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Active Directory, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI governance, information architecture, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong technical background across PowerShell, PnP, Python, JavaScript, C#, JSON, REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL, and automation.
• Excellent client-facing communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Desirable skills:

Azure AI services, Azure landing zones, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD experience.

• Experience creating reference architectures, design assurance artefacts, and reusable consulting assets.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MS-700, SC-100, AZ-305, or AI-102.
