What You’ll Take On (The Actual Job Description) So you’re looking for a new challenge? This is your chance to step into a role with real responsibility. We’re building a portfolio of AI-powered insurance products in parallel, where coding is no longer the bottleneck. Success depends on keeping teams aligned, dependencies visible, and delivery moving at pace. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, brings technical credibility, and instinctively uses AI and automation to remove friction and improve outcomes. What you’ll own * Own the cross-portfolio delivery plan, coordinating multiple product teams to turn signed specifications into successful releases without losing pace or control. * Map, challenge and resolve dependencies across data, integrations, shared components and migration activities before they become blockers. * Partner with Product Managers, Tech Leads and Architecture to create clarity, broker decisions and keep delivery moving when priorities collide. * Run a disciplined operating rhythm with clear reporting, visible risks, accountable actions and robust governance that protects the spec-driven delivery model. * Use AI and automation to eliminate manual work, creating live portfolio views, automated reporting, intelligent follow-ups and faster preparation for technical conversations. This role suits an experienced AI Project Manager who can navigate complex multi-team environments, understand integration and data flows, and bring order, transparency and momentum to an AI-native organisation.
