Founding Engineer (Data \& AI Focus) London, On-site Competitive Salary + Meaningful Equity OB have recently partnered with an ambitious, fast-growing multi-site business looking for their first in-house Lead Data \& AI Engineer to own a company-wide transformation programme. You'll build the central data platform, connect business-critical systems, create real-time dashboards and implement AI-powered automation across Finance, Sales, Ops and Commercial teams. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, shape the technology roadmap and influence every part of the business.
