Automation Business Analyst

We are looking for an Automation Business Analyst in the UK 📍 Location: Remote (UK) We're looking for candidates with experience in UiPath, Agentic, or Python scripting knowledge. Ideal Candidate Profile * 5–10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement. * Hands-on experience with UiPath (including modern capabilities such as Agentic Automation, AI Center, Maestro, Document Understanding, and Orchestrator ). * Experience delivering GenAI-enabled solutions , including prompt engineering and AI-assisted business processes. * Exposure to Agentic AI/AI Agents or autonomous workflow solutions. * Python scripting knowledge is highly desirable for AI integrations, automation, and custom components. * Strong experience in process discovery , AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping , Visio , automation opportunity assessment, and feasibility analysis. * Excellent stakeholder management with experience working directly with senior business leaders. * Ability to gather business requirements and produce BRDs, PDDs, user stories, functional specifications, test scenarios, and UAT documentation . * Experience managing multiple IA projects from discovery through implementation and benefits realization. * Strong understanding of change management , user training, and solution adoption. * Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
