Enterprise AI Solution Lead

Oliver James is supporting a Financial Services client with the identification of an experienced Enterprise AI Solution Lead / Architect for a project-based opportunity. The role will sit at the intersection of business, data, AI and technology, helping the client shape practical AI-enabled solutions across trading insight, client behaviour, reporting, analytics and governance. We are looking to speak with people who can translate complex front-office and markets use cases into structured solution options, working closely with business stakeholders, data teams, AI specialists and technology leadership. Relevant experience could include: * enterprise AI solution design within financial services; * front-office trading, execution, liquidity, order flow or market data environments; * data platforms, analytics layers, BI/MI and reporting environments; * Snowflake, Oracle, Microsoft/Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar AI/data ecosystems; * AI governance, validation, control frameworks and responsible AI; * solution architecture across cloud, hybrid or controlled enterprise environments; * shaping MVPs, discovery outputs, technical roadmaps and delivery plans. The client is not looking for a generic AI technologist. They need someone who understands how to apply AI safely and commercially inside a complex financial markets environment, where accuracy, auditability, governance and business value all matter.
