Shape the Future of AI Delivery We are supporting a fast-growing AI SaaS business in the search for a Head of Professional Services to build and lead a scalable AI Professional Services function during an exciting phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside the CEO and wider leadership team, defining the implementation strategy, delivery governance and operational excellence across the business. * £100,000+ per annum , negotiable dependent on experience + Equity * Leeds - Office Based (Hybrid Flexibility) * 30 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (rising to 35) + Anniversary Day Off * Wellbeing Support | Bright Exchange Discounts | Free Parking | Team Socials What You'll Be Doing * Lead and scale a high-performing AI Professional Services \& Implementation function. * Define deployment methodologies, governance frameworks and delivery standards. * Own resource planning, budgets, forecasting and commercial performance. * Oversee successful customer implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Build and develop project, implementation and delivery teams. * Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Development teams to drive exceptional customer outcomes. * Provide executive-level visibility across delivery performance, risks and customer success metrics. We're Looking For * Senior leadership experience within Professional Services, Delivery, Deployment or Implementation within an AI, SaaS, software or enterprise solutions environment. * Proven experience delivering complex AI software implementation projects. * Strong commercial acumen covering budgets, forecasting, utilisation and profitability. * Experience building, leading and scaling teams. * Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills. * Experience with Microsoft, Sage or Salesforce ecosystems, ERP, CRM or enterprise software platforms, and a background within Field Service Management or AI workflow automation (desirable).
