What You Will Do * Architect and build the core banking platform using a modern stack including React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Prisma, and Temporal for workflow orchestration. * Design and deploy sophisticated AI agents using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex to automate complex, regulated banking workflows end-to-end. * Collaborate directly with the CTO and product teams to spike proof-of-concepts and ship production features that reduce manual labor by up to 90%. The ideal candidate * Has 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong individual contributor track record and a bias for shipping production code. * Possesses advanced full-stack expertise in TypeScript and experience building scalable, maintainable system architectures within high-growth VC-backed startup environments. * Brings hands-on experience working with agentic frameworks or production-grade LLM features to solve real-world business logic and automation challenges.
