This is a leadership role for someone who wants to shape how a business actually adopts agentic technology.
You'll lead a team tasked with eliminating the manual handoffs and operational drag that slow the business down.
Half your time is hands-on: building agentic workflows in Microsoft Foundry and Power Automate.
The other half is leadership, setting technical direction, developing your engineers, and working directly with non-technical stakeholders across the business.
That stakeholder work is central to the role. You'll sit with operations teams, understand their processes, and spot where agentic AI can genuinely help and identify real automation use cases with real business value.
You'll build MVPs and proof-of-concepts that let non-technical stakeholders actually see what's possible, translating agentic capability into outcomes people care about.
You'll need proven experience building agentic AI in production, tech stack and tooling is not what matters here the right person will have worked extensively with LLM's, know when and how to use them in an enterprise setting and be excited about an opportunity to lead an organisation through transformation.
If you want technical credibility and business influence in one seat, this is it.
Salary is around £100,000 per annum with potential for some upward flexibility for someone exceptional.
The role is hybrid working with 1 day per week on-site in Swindon.
