AI is moving fast, but most organisations are still figuring out how to govern it effectively. This is an opportunity to take ownership of that challenge. You'll join a business that is investing heavily in AI and be trusted to define how AI tools are selected, governed, adopted, and scaled across the organisation. If you enjoy bringing structure to emerging technology, influencing senior stakeholders, and helping people get real value from AI, this role offers a genuine chance to make your mark.

* Driving organisation-wide AI adoption through training, communications, and enablement initiatives.
* Developing reporting and dashboards that provide visibility of adoption, value, spend, and risk.
* Creating consistent ways of working that allow teams to innovate while remaining compliant and secure.
* Supporting the evaluation and scaling of new AI initiatives across the business.
Your Skills \& Experience
We're particularly interested in people who have genuine experience sitting at the intersection of governance, technology, and business change.
You'll likely bring:
* Strong experience in AI governance, IT governance, SaaS operations, technology programme management, or a similar function.
* Practical experience owning the governance, rollout, and lifecycle management of enterprise technology platforms.
* Knowledge of AI tooling, large language models, and the governance considerations that come with enterprise adoption.
* Experience managing risk, compliance, policy, security, and vendor relationships.
* The ability to engage confidently with CIOs, CTOs, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
* Experience driving user adoption, organisational change, training programmes, or technology enablement initiatives.

* Comprehensive benefits package.
* A high-profile role with significant ownership and autonomy.
* The opportunity to shape AI governance and adoption strategy from the ground up.
* Exposure to senior leadership and strategic AI decision making.
* Long-term career development within a business making substantial investment in AI.
