As they continue to scale, they are evolving their Data function to embed Decision Scientists more closely within product teams, ensuring data plays a central role in strategic and operational decision-making.

The Role
As a Senior Decision Scientist, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to uncover opportunities, measure impact and influence decision-making.
You'll be responsible for:
* Identifying and investigating business and product opportunities
* Using data to shape product strategy and prioritisation
* Designing and measuring experiments and A/B tests
* Defining success metrics and evaluating feature performance
* Translating complex analysis into clear recommendations
* Supporting the development of data-driven product features
* Helping teams understand customer behaviour and journey friction points
* Exploring how AI and data can be used to improve customer experiences
* Acting as a trusted partner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business and wants to see their work directly influence product and commercial outcomes.
Your Skills \& Experience
* Strong experience in analytics, decision science, product analytics or data science
* A commercial mindset and a genuine interest in solving business problems
* Experience working with experimentation and statistical testing
* Strong SQL skills and experience using Python or R
* Ability to communicate findings clearly and influence stakeholders
* Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
* Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping shape solutions
* Interest in AI, machine learning and emerging technologies
