Working across Marketing, Product and Technology teams, you'll transform business requirements into innovative content generation capabilities that improve speed, quality and consistency while maintaining strong governance, brand alignment and responsible AI practices. We recommend applying as soon as possible, All the details What You’ll Do Your key accountabilities will include * Design, build and optimise AI-powered content generation solutions across image, video, text and emerging 3D experiences. * Develop prompt engineering, RAG and multimodal AI workflows that create high-quality, brand-aligned content at scale. * Build automated visual content pipelines including image generation, transformation, background replacement, quality assessment and content optimisation. * Partner with Marketing, Creative and Product teams to turn business requirements into production-ready AI solutions and innovative customer experiences. * Implement governance, evaluation and operational best practices covering content quality, model performance, brand safety and responsible AI delivery. Who You Are Your skills and experience will include * Your skills and experience should include: Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, multimodal AI, prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). * Strong engineering skills in Python and modern AI frameworks, with experience delivering production-grade solutions. * Experience in AI-powered visual content creation, image processing, computer vision and content automation workflows. * Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, understand complex requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions. * A proactive, creative and delivery-focused mindset with a passion for emerging AI technologies and innovation in content generation.
