Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Overview To support productivity improvement initiatives for GLTP delivery management Position Summary We are seeking a Senior AI / Agentic Solutions Engineer to design and build enterprise-grade AI solutions focused on automation of project management, governance, financial controls, change management and engineering planning processes. The successful candidate will work on next-generation AI assistants, agentic workflows, RAG platforms and AI-enabled process automation solutions. The role combines software engineering, AI development and workflow orchestration to transform complex manual processes into scalable digital solutions Required Qualifications * 5+ years software engineering experience. * Strong Python development expertise. * Experience with LLMs and Generative AI solutions. * Experience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks. * API design and integration experience. * SQL and data processing experience. * Git and CI/CD experience. Desired Qualifications * RAG architecture implementation. * Vector database experience. * Azure AI / OpenAI experience. * Enterprise workflow automation. * Agentic AI frameworks. * Financial services experience
