Multiple Openings – *AI Engineering Team* We are expanding our AI Engineering organization and are hiring across multiple technical disciplines. These roles will contribute to the development of next-generation AI-native enterprise products, intelligent integrations, and agentic software systems. Open Positions 1. Senior Backend Engineer – Agentic Integrations *We're looking for an experienced backend engineer who enjoys building complex integrations, distributed systems, and AI-native services.* Required Experience * Strong backend development experience using Go * Experience delivering system-to-system (S2S) integrations * Hands-on experience with orchestration/integration platforms such as: * n8n or Temporal (preferred) * MuleSoft , Apache Camel , or Boomi (also considered) * Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms * Experience developing AI-native applications Preferred Experience * Model Context Protocol (MCP) development * API gateway technologies such as Kong, Tyk, or similar * Designing API products and integration architectures 2. Full-Stack AI Engineer *We're seeking engineers who can build production-grade AI applications from frontend to backend while deploying scalable GenAI solutions into production.* Required Experience * Production experience with Generative AI * Building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems including: * Hybrid retrieval * Embeddings * Knowledge retrieval pipelines * Experience developing agentic AI systems , including: * Agent orchestration * Tool calling * Multi-agent workflows * Strong Python development experience * Experience building and scaling AI-native products * Cloud-native infrastructure experience including: * Docker * Kubernetes * CI/CD pipelines * Experience with AI tooling/frameworks such as: * Pydantic AI * LangChain * MCP Preferred Experience * Go development * Optimizing AI services for latency, throughput, and infrastructure cost 3. AI-Native Full-Stack Software Engineer *We're looking for software engineers who are passionate about the future of AI-native software development and enjoy working with emerging technologies, agentic systems, and modern cloud-native architectures.* Required Experience * Strong passion for AI-native software engineering and adopting new technologies * Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in Generative AI * Experience building agentic applications , including: * Model Context Protocol (MCP) * Planning-based agent architectures * Go development experience * Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications * Experience with cloud-native technologies including: * Kubernetes * Docker * CNCF ecosystem Preferred Experience * Spec-driven development * DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure Leadership Opportunity At least one of these hires will serve as a Technical Lead , providing technical direction, mentoring engineers, and helping define engineering standards and architecture across the team. What You'll Be Building Project 1 \& Project 2 – *Intelligent Enterprise Integrations* These projects focus on creating seamless integrations across enterprise platforms including: * Operational Intelligence (OI) * Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) * Asset Investment Planning (AIP) * Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) * Field Service Management (FSM) Rather than relying on traditional point-to-point integrations, we're building a unified AI-native integration platform that combines data, orchestrates workflows, and enables intelligent decision-making across multiple enterprise systems. The platform will support both human users and AI agents through sophisticated agentic workflows capable of coordinating actions across previously disconnected systems. Project 3 – *Building the Next Generation of AI-Native ERP* This initiative explores what an ERP platform would look like if it were designed today with AI at its core. Instead of evolving legacy ERP architectures, we're creating a modern, AI-native platform that rethinks enterprise workflows from the ground up. The goal is to leverage autonomous agents, modern software architecture, and AI-first design principles to remove the limitations imposed by traditional ERP systems. This is an early-stage greenfield initiative offering the opportunity to help shape the future architecture, technology stack, and product direction from the ground up.
