What You Will Do * Design and implement rigorous evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and backtests to quantify model performance and prevent regressions in production compliance workflows. * Fine-tune large language and vision models for specialized tasks including document fraud detection, web-scale due diligence, and automated report generation. * Build human-in-the-loop continuous improvement pipelines that leverage analyst feedback to curate datasets and iteratively optimize model accuracy and reliability. The ideal candidate * Has at least 3 years of experience in AI research or engineering with a proven track record of building and deploying agentic systems. * Possesses deep technical expertise in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and working with both LLMs and computer vision models in production. * Maintains a strong product mindset and the ability to work across the stack, with TypeScript experience being a significant advantage for integration.
