Job Description As a founding ML Engineer at Valteros, you will design architectures and run training pipelines for LLMs within multi-agent simulation environments. This hands-on role involves building and fine-tuning models from the ground up to address cognitive security challenges, moving beyond simple API wrapping to create foundational national security technology. What You Will Do * Design and implement custom LLM architectures and training pipelines specifically for multi-agent simulation environments. * Fine-tune large language models to accurately simulate and counter sophisticated adversarial information operations in real-time. * Shape the technical direction of the modeling layer, transitioning from conceptual designs to production-ready defense systems.
