Key Responsibilities * Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities * Develop and maintain machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions * Apply statistical methods and data science techniques to solve business problems * Clean, process, and transform structured and unstructured data * Create data visualisations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights * Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions * Monitor model performance and improve existing analytical systems * Research new tools, technologies, and best practices in data science and AI Required Skills \& Experience * Experience working as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar role * Strong knowledge of Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) * Experience with SQL and database technologies * Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modelling * Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to different audiences Preferred Qualifications * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) * Experience working with large-scale datasets * Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field About the Company We are a technology-focused company using data, analytics, and digital solutions to help organisations improve performance and make smarter decisions.
