Principal AI Engineer

Principal AI Engineer | Up to £120,000 + Bonus | London (Hybrid) You’ll play a key role in building and shaping a brand-new AI capability within a well-established, global engineering and technology consultancy. You’ll operate as a senior, hands-on AI engineer, delivering production-grade solutions while helping define the AI offering. This is a unique opportunity to establish an AI sub-practice from the ground up, combining technical delivery with client-facing work including demos, presentations, and solution design. This isn’t just delivery behind the scenes; you’ll be a visible, trusted partner helping customers adopt AI in a practical, commercially valuable way.
