Senior AI Engineer

Senior AI Engineer | Up to £98,000 | London (Hybrid) High-growth global FinTech investing heavily in AI and building out a world-class AI Engineering function to accelerate the adoption of Generative AI across the business. You'll join a highly technical team responsible for designing, building and deploying production-grade AI solutions that power both customer-facing products and internal platforms. Working alongside engineers, product teams and data specialists, you'll help shape the company's AI strategy while remaining deeply hands-on. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative and engineering-led, with a strong emphasis on ownership, experimentation and delivering measurable business impact.
