As Lead Product Manager at Saturnos.com, you will own the strategy and roadmap for AI agents automating complex financial advice workflows. Working directly with the CEO and cross-functional squads, you will transform fragmented infrastructure into an intelligent operating model, defining how $500bn in assets are governed and delivered via AI-native tools.

What You Will Do

• Own the rolling 3-6 month roadmap for AI agents, translating probabilistic LLM capabilities into deterministic, auditable experiences for highly regulated financial work.
• Conduct independent discovery with advisers and paraplanners to prioritize features that solve deep operational pain points rather than shipping generic AI features.
• Coach and scale the product management team, establishing the frameworks and standards that will define the function as the company grows toward 50x revenue.

The ideal candidate

• Proven track record in product-led B2B SaaS, with specific experience shipping AI-native products where AI is the core value proposition rather than a bolt-on.
• Deep technical fluency in AI architecture and LLM behavior, enabling you to challenge engineering assumptions and manage the trade-offs of agentic workflows.
• Strong commercial instinct and data self-sufficiency, with the ability to connect product decisions directly to enterprise retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
