Greenarc Fuel Cards is looking for an ambitious graduate to join us as a Graduate AI \& Technology Analyst.

This isn’t a traditional graduate IT role or a fixed rotation programme.

You’ll work directly with our technology leadership across artificial intelligence, automation, software, data and business systems, helping us solve real business problems and deliver technology that is actually used.

We’re looking for potential, curiosity and how you think rather than years of experience.

You don’t need to arrive as an AI expert. We do want someone who is fascinated by technology, already experimenting with AI and ambitious enough to take on responsibility quickly.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of technology, including:

• Testing and improving AI agents and automated workflows
• Exploring how AI can improve real business processes
• Using AI-assisted development tools to prototype ideas and solutions
• Working with business systems, APIs and integrations
• Investigating technology and data problems
• Working with real operational and commercial data
• Developing your SQL, data and analytical skills
• Supporting the development and improvement of internal applications
• Working alongside developers and technology partners
• Testing new functionality before it is released
• Supporting live technology projects from idea through to implementation
• Researching emerging technology and identifying where it could create value

As your capability develops, you’ll be given increasing ownership of your own projects and solutions.

Who we’re looking for

You may be a recent graduate or final-year student in an area such as:

Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Technology or another analytical discipline.

However, your degree title is less important to us than your ability and mindset.

We’re particularly interested in someone who

• Is genuinely interested in AI and emerging technology
• Already experiments with AI tools independently
• Is naturally curious and enjoys understanding how things work
• Likes solving difficult problems
• Is analytical and comfortable with data
• Learns quickly and isn’t afraid to try something new
• Takes ownership and follows things through
• Communicates clearly
• Wants responsibility and the opportunity to progress quickly

If you’ve built an app, experimented with an API, created an automation, analysed a dataset or built something with AI simply because you wanted to see if you could, we want to hear about it.

Personal projects and self-taught experience absolutely count.

Useful experience

You don’t need professional experience, but exposure to any of the following would be useful:

• Generative AI and LLMs
• AI development tools
• Python, JavaScript or TypeScript
• SQL and databases
• APIs
• GitHub
• Web development
• Data analysis
• Automation

We don’t expect you to know all of these. Part of the role is learning them.

£28,000–£30,000 salary depending on experience and capability
