What You Will Do

• Architect and deploy production-grade AI agents, bridging the gap between applied AI research and robust backend engineering.
• Implement complex evaluation loops, tool-calling frameworks, and knowledge systems to ensure AI reliability and performance.
• Rapidly iterate on product features based on real-world feedback, moving from experimental prototypes to shipped code in days.

The ideal candidate

• Proven track record of shipping production AI agents, including hands-on experience with LLMs, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong full-stack engineering foundations with the ability to own features end-to-end across AI logic and backend infrastructure.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in a fast-paced, seed-stage environment where you prioritize action and outcomes over process.
