A high-growth technology company is looking for an exceptional AI Engineer to join a small, highly technical team building the next generation of intelligent software.

This is an opportunity to work on difficult AI problems that don't have obvious answers, taking new ideas, turning them into working systems and seeing them used in the real world.

You'll have significant ownership and work closely with some seriously strong engineers and technical leaders.

What you'll be doing

• Build and ship

production AI systems

• Experiment with modern AI techniques and turn promising ideas into reliable products
• Solve challenging problems around

reasoning, data and automation

• Improve system performance, reliability and quality
• Own projects from

concept → production

• Work closely with engineers and product to solve problems quickly

What they're looking for

• Experience building

AI/ML systems in production

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Solid understanding of modern machine learning
• Experience working with language models or other modern AI techniques
• A genuine interest in solving technically difficult problems
• Someone highly autonomous who enjoys

building rather than following a playbook
