About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a curious and analytical Junior Data Scientist to join their growing remote data team.

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity with full training provided , ideal for graduates, career changers with analytical skills, and aspiring data professionals looking to build a career in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and business analytics .

Working alongside experienced data professionals, you will help analyse datasets, build reports, identify trends, and contribute to projects that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse structured and unstructured data.
• Support the development of dashboards, reports, and data visualisations.
• Assist with statistical analysis and predictive modelling projects.
• Work with large datasets to identify trends and business insights.
• Support machine learning and AI initiatives where appropriate.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to solve data-related challenges.
• Document analysis and present findings clearly.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy across business systems.

Skills \& Experience

• Interest in

Data Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Statistics .

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of

Python

or R is beneficial.

• Familiarity with

SQL

and data visualisation tools is advantageous.

• Understanding of Excel and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
• Commercial experience is not essential – full training provided.
