The Role * Build and improve credit risk, fraud and pricing models * Use analytics to inform strategy, limit optimisation and decisioning * Develop machine learning solutions and predictive models * Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risks * Work with customers and partners to solve complex risk challenges * Collaborate closely with founders and senior stakeholders Your Skills \& Experience * Strong commercial experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Analytics or Data Science * Python and SQL expertise * Experience building predictive models and delivering business insights * Background in fintech, financial services, payments, lending or consulting * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * UK market experience What They Offer * £70,000 - £85,000 base salary * Equity package * Private medical insurance, including family cover * Pension scheme * Fully remote working * International company offsites twice a year * Excellent career growth within a scaling business
