The Role You will develop and deploy advanced NLP and GenAI solutions across the full ML lifecycle. Key responsibilities: * Build and improve models for information extraction, retrieval, re-ranking, and sentiment analysis. * Fine-tune language models and optimise LLM performance. * Design and evaluate experiments to improve product outcomes. * Develop production-ready machine learning solutions. * Work with agentic AI systems and modern NLP architectures. * Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders. Your Skills \& Experience * Strong commercial experience in Machine Learning and NLP. * Hands-on experience fine-tuning language models and working with LLMs. * Knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI patterns. * Experience working with large, complex datasets. * Understanding of model deployment and productionisation. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * A practical approach to solving real-world business problems.
