You'll work on cutting-edge Generative AI products, take ideas from experimentation to production, and have a genuine influence on the direction of new AI initiatives. The Company Our client is a well-established international organisation investing heavily in AI innovation. They've recently launched a dedicated AI Lab focused on developing next-generation AI products and exploring the potential of Generative AI across content, audio, and personalised user experiences. Working within a small, highly collaborative team, you'll have the autonomy to experiment, move quickly, and see your work make a real impact. The Role You'll be a hands-on engineer building and improving production-grade AI systems, with a strong focus on LLMs and content-related applications. Key responsibilities include: * Fine-tuning LLMs for style, tone, and content generation * Building and evaluating RAG pipelines * Developing AI features for summarisation, personalisation, and content discovery * Exploring multimodal and audio-based AI applications * Creating evaluation frameworks to improve model quality * Working closely with product, engineering, and non-technical stakeholders to bring ideas to life * Contributing to rapid experimentation and new product development Your Skills \& Experience * Commercial experience building LLM, NLP, or Generative AI products * Strong Python engineering skills * Experience with model fine-tuning, prompt optimisation, or instruction tuning * Hands-on experience developing RAG solutions * A product-minded approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical teams * Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Nice to have: * Experience with style transfer, semantic search, or content-focused AI * Speech processing, TTS, or generative audio experience * Exposure to multimodal AI systems What They Offer * Up to £115,000 base salary * Comprehensive benefits package * Hybrid working (3 days per week in the London office) * The opportunity to join a flagship AI initiative from an early stage * High levels of ownership, visibility, and impact * A collaborative environment focused on experimentation and innovation How to Apply If you're looking for a role where you can build innovative AI products, work closely with senior stakeholders, and help define the next generation of Generative AI experiences, apply today.
