The ideal candidate * Has 2-5 years of experience owning end-to-end processes in high-stakes environments like ops, consulting, or engineering. * Possesses hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered applications using Python, LangGraph, and modern AI orchestration tools. * Demonstrates a founder-like obsession with process improvement and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup settings.
