About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI Growth team. This team is responsible for building and scaling AI systems that enhance the relevance and personalization of our marketplace for millions of users worldwide. In this pivotal role, you will provide technical leadership for our machine learning infrastructure, shaping the architecture, roadmap, and engineering strategies that support our AI capabilities. Your expertise will drive the evolution of our foundation model platform, facilitate the adoption of Generative AI and large language models (LLMs), and ensure the robustness, scalability, and operational excellence of our ML systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including engineers, data scientists, and platform specialists—you will influence technical decisions, mentor team members, and help deliver innovative solutions that align with our business objectives.
