AI Enablement \& Adoption Delivery Lead – CoPilot - London/Hybrid - up to £700 via umbrella (dependant on experience) The Opportunity We are working with a leading financial services client who are looking for an experienced AI Enablement / AI Adoption Delivery Lead to help shape the next phase of their AI adoption, moving beyond experimentation. This is a strategic delivery and adoption role rather than a hands-on engineering position. You'll be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, coordinating technical teams, supporting governance and helping the business turn AI experimentation into tangible, sustainable use cases. The Role You'll help the organisation bring greater structure to its AI agenda, including: * Providing strategic direction for AI adoption and prioritising high-value use cases. * Working with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, challenges and potential AI solutions. * Coordinating architecture, engineering and security teams to manage dependencies and delivery. * Supporting the development and implementation of the AI governance and experimentation framework. * Driving adoption of Copilot and other AI tooling, moving teams from experimentation towards valuable business outcomes. A key part of the role will be helping the business maintain its enthusiasm for AI while introducing the structure, governance and best practices needed to scale adoption effectively. What We're Looking For * Strong delivery or programme management experience within an enterprise environment. * Experience delivering AI adoption, GenAI or broader technology transformation initiatives. * Strong business-facing and stakeholder management skills. * The ability to operate strategically and take ownership rather than simply manage a project plan. * Strong understanding of enterprise AI tooling and adoption. * Sufficient technical literacy to work credibly with architects and engineers. * Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams and dependencies. * Experience with AI governance, experimentation or use-case assessment. * The ability to translate business challenges into technology opportunities. * Strong communication, influencing and prioritisation skills. * Experience with AI licensing, vendor management or commercial negotiations would be particularly valuable. **Suitable candidates will be contacted within 24 hours*
