Head of Change, AI Transformation | Manchester / Hybrid - Permanent Opportunity My client, a private equity-backed, international technology-enabled business is seeking a Head of Change to initally lead a major AI programme across the firm. This is a hands-on role for someone who can get people excited about AI while making the change practical, achievable and useful. AI will be the primary focus for the next 12-18 months, with scope to broaden into wider transformation and continuous improvement thereafter. The role: * Lead the organisation-wide AI programme from strategy through to adoption. * Identify where AI can improve workflows, productivity and people’s day-to-day experience. * Prioritise initiatives, remove blockers and drive practical delivery. * Build confidence and enthusiasm around AI, particularly where there may be scepticism. * Help shape responsible AI governance and ensure innovation is balanced with appropriate controls. * Influence C-Suite and senior leaders while bringing teams across the business on the journey. * Establish a sustainable approach to continuous improvement beyond the initial programme. We’re looking for: * Significant experience leading complex business/change transformation. * Genuine AI fluency and an understanding of how AI can reshape organisations. * A hands-on, delivery-focused approach, not just strategy. * Strong senior stakeholder influence and the gravitas to operate with Directors and C-Suite. * Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks. * Someone who can bring energy, structure and pragmatism to a business that has started its change journey but has significant room to mature.
