AI Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer | London | Up to £150k - 3 days in office A brand-new AI hire with a leading financial services organisation that is making AI adoption a major strategic priority. This is a hands-on role for someone who sits at the intersection of AI engineering, business problems and real-world delivery. The focus will be on: * Building and productionising LLM / GenAI solutions * Identifying high-value opportunities for AI across the business * Taking solutions from idea and discovery through to production * Working closely with business users to understand problems and workflows * Driving adoption rather than simply building PoCs * Helping shape how AI is used across an established organisation The ideal background is someone with strong software engineering foundations who has genuinely shipped AI/LLM solutions into production. Financial services experience is useful, but not essential.
